This Refund Policy outlines your rights and our responsibilities regarding cancellations, returns, refunds, and complaint redressal.

Our business is built on mutual trust—especially because we deal with organic orchard services, perishable live plants, and long-term horticultural care. Therefore, we ensure that our policies are transparent, fair, and aligned with both your expectations and the nature of our work.

Service Bookings – Rescheduling & Refunds

Our skilled services include on-field activities such as:

Service Cancellations:

Cancellable up to 48 hours before the scheduled time with full refund. No refund if canceled less than 24 hours before appointment.

Services canceled due to extreme weather, natural disaster, or Orchard Growers' unavailability are rescheduled or refunded without penalty.

Delayed Service:

We aim to complete all services within the agreed time window. However, natural delays may occur due to:

In such cases, we reschedule first. Refunds are offered only if we fail to deliver despite rescheduling attempts.

Order Cancellations (Plant/Products)

If You Cancel:

Cancellations made before dispatch are eligible for 100% refund. Orders canceled after shipping but before delivery may attract logistics fee (₹50–₹200 depending on location).

No cancellation allowed once plants have been delivered successfully.

If We Cancel:

If a product is unavailable, we'll offer a refund or alternative recommendation. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
