Order Fulfillment Timeline

Delivery depends on item category and location:

Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (9 AM–6 PM). Delays may occur due to natural events, weather, or transport issues.

Delivery Coverage

We deliver across most parts of India:

• Metro & Tier 1 cities: Fastest processing via courier partners
• Tier 2–3 towns & rural areas: Slower delivery via regional services
• Hilly and remote regions: Handled by local logistics or field agents

Packaging Standards

Live plant shipments are packed using:

• Moist cocopeat/polybag root protection
• Aerated cardboard or custom wooden boxes
• Seasonal protective mesh for extreme heat/cold
• 'This Side Up' and 'Live Plant' labels

For fertilizers, tools, or documents:

• Waterproof plastic lining
• Hard case wrapping or padded envelope

Custom packaging is available on request for bulk orders.

Tracking & Notifications

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive:

• SMS/email notification with tracking ID
• Link to monitor real-time transit progress
• Delivery executive's contact (for services or high-value plants)

Please note:

• Tracking may not update instantly in rural or regional logistics chains
• Delivery ETA is approximate and depends on weather, local holidays, etc.

Shipping Charges

Shipping cost is calculated based on:

• Product weight/dimensions
• Delivery zone
• Priority of shipping (standard or express)

Note: Some remote or difficult terrains may include an additional ₹50–₹200 delivery surcharge, visible at checkout.

Missed or Delayed Deliveries

In case of failed attempts:

• Our courier will retry the delivery once or twice
• You may be contacted to reschedule
• Live plants are usually not returned to warehouse to avoid spoilage

If you are unavailable at delivery time:

• Inform the courier or our support ASAP
• Authorize someone else to collect on your behalf

Damaged or Wrong Delivery Protocol

If you receive a:

• Damaged product
• Wrong item or species
• Missing quantity

You must:

• Take clear photographs of the product and label
• Email or WhatsApp our support within 48 hours of delivery
• Mention order ID and contact info

We will assess and:

• Arrange free replacement, or
• Issue refund/store credit, based on situation

Delivery for Field Services

When you book services (grafting, layout, pruning):

• Our expert will visit within the confirmed window
• Field team carries ID and Orchard Growers' authorization
• Ensure your presence or that of a caretaker at the site

Delays due to weather or travel will be rescheduled with prior notice.

Environmentally Conscious Delivery

We encourage you to recycle containers or compost excess cocopeat after unboxing.
